To cultivate and perish these values BIG 7 organizes regular team-building activities. Before the global health crisis gained its velocity, all employees gathered at Kart Racing track. We had a chance to share our thoughts on the growth of the company and specific projects. Furthermore, team bonding events help us to better understand each other and use this understanding to ensure the “get it done” approach is delivered daily.
